Call or email us to schedule a free, no obligation consultation. You may choose a trainer by reviewing their biographies on the Meet the Trainers page or meet with the owner, Betsy, who will match you to a trainer who fits your goals and personality.
- Your trainer will start with fitness assessments to determine your current abilities. The results will be clearly explained to you.
- A comprehensive exercise prescription will be designed to help you meet your goals and health requirements.
- You will be taught proper form on each exercise to maximize results and comfort.
- You can then choose a training schedule that works for you: regularly scheduled one on one sessions, semi-private or small group format or a self guided workout.
